"Trick or treat" tem a ver com o Halloween, Pedro, enquanto que esta fotografia retrata as procissões infantis de São Martinho, organizadas pela Igreja católica e luterana, que se realizam ao longo de toda a primeira semana de Novembro até ao dia 11, dia de São Martinho.
LöschenAs crianças preparam-se durante semanas para o dia de São Martinho, ensaiando canções e construíndo lanternas coloridas para iluminar as procissões, que ocorrem a partir das 17 horas, quando começa a escurecer, por isso é preciso iluminar o caminho.
"Lá em cima brilham as estrelas, cá em baixo brilhamos nós", canta a garotada acompanhada por diversas bandas de música.
O São Martinho a cavalo com capa é outro requisito indispensável, pois segundo a lenda ele era um nobre, rico, bem vestido e bem alimentado, que cortou a sua capa ao meio e deu metade a um mendigo.
Após a procissão as crianças vão de casa em casa pedindo guloseimas.
Bom, por cá aguardam-se dos dias de verão de São Martinho, os últimos a dar um cheirinho de veraneio antes do inverno chegar. Isto quando o São Pedro não está distraído... :)

Antigamente e quando calhava em fim de semana, até fazíamos uma festinha com os amigos, em roda das castanhas. Mas com a história da austeridade, duvido que este ano haja festa... ;)
